This position can hold many different responsibilities including, but limited to Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. This person reports directly to the Corporate Executive Chef and all other store management.

The Prep Cook ensures that all product is made in a timely fashion using recipes set forth by the company. The Prep Cook must manage security and shrinkage control as well as overall sanitation of their work area.


Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Checking product for our quality standards
Complete daily checklists
Complete daily par sheets accurately
Ensure all food produced meets expectations
Shrink / security control
Follow systems for quality
Alert management to any issues or problems
Report all malfunctioning equipment to store management

Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
License: food handler certificate (Preferred)

Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
