Looking for individuals who have a great attitude and are hoping to learn and enhance their skills. Pastry Cooks on our team work in a high volume and fast paced environment. Candidates need to have the following skills. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE.
· Daily production for all dessert items, including but not limited to viennoiserie, pastries, and ice creams
· Assist in production, including organization and cleanliness of dried storage, walk-ins, and dairy fridge
· Assist with menu testing and recipe development
· Daily quality checks of products
· Accepting of deliveries
All applicants must be available to work on different shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 / hour
